Place it on a clipboard right in front of you so it looks like you are looking directly at the person seeing it. This way you have a track to run on and sound much more professional. The other tip is to make a 3 to 5 minute training video and count the um and the and ums you have. If yours is anything like my first one it will blow you away how many times you say both of those. The very best way is to practice, practice, practice. When you are pleased with your performance then put it out. You do want to wait and make sure you are happy with it is because it is part of your personal branding and you want it to show you in the best light possible. If you haven't done it yet, I'm sure that you will. Who says you have to put it out there? Just do it to get the feeling.
